🧭 11.11 Tyre Purchase FAQ
1) Why RM100 deposit?
To lock your stock and installation slot during 11.11. It prevents no-shows and secures promo pricing for 7 days.
2) Refundable?
Non-refundable after stock is allocated, but fully adjustable to another size/brand if price is equal or you top-up the difference before install.
3) How long is my 11.11 price locked?
Price is locked for 7 calendar days from purchase. Install within this window to enjoy promo. After that, normal pricing applies.
4) Fresh DOT / SIRIM?
Yes. We supply SIRIM-approved stock only. DOT is verified at store before mounting; reject on the spot if it doesn’t match promise.
5) Road Hazard protection (optional add-on)?
Non-repairable puncture/impact gets a pro-rated 1-for-1 replacement based on remaining tread. Coverage period shown at checkout.
6) Can I change workshop / appointment?
Yes. Reschedule or switch to a listed partner workshop with 24h notice. Valet pick-up available in selected zones (fees shown at checkout).
7) Payment methods?
FPX/Bank transfer, cards, and DuitNow QR where available. E-receipt issued immediately.
8) Warranty?
Manufacturer warranty applies (materials/workmanship). Keep e-receipt + install record from our partner workshop.
9) Wheel of Fortune (10am / 12pm / 8pm) — how to join?
Place any 11.11 order or RM100 deposit. A “Secret Portal” link appears on your order page 10 minutes before each round (10:00 / 12:00 / 20:00). Prizes: vouchers, free tyres, service packages. One spin per order per round.
10) Out of stock?
Choose equal/upgrade model at same price or top-up the difference. If we cannot supply within your 7-day window, we offer a free upgrade or a full refund.
11) Shopee/Lazada cheaper — will you match?
Show live link before install. We match authorised dealers on identical SKU + services within the 7-day lock-in. Grey imports excluded.
12) Need help choosing size?
Tap “Ask on WhatsApp” with your car model & photo of tyre sidewall (e.g. 205/55R16). Our advisor replies within business hours.

🧭 Soalan Lazim 11.11
1) Kenapa deposit RM100?
Kunci stok + slot pemasangan semasa 11.11, dan kunci harga promosi selama 7 hari. Elak no-show.
2) Boleh refund?
Tidak selepas stok diperuntukkan, tetapi boleh tukar saiz/jenama (harga sama/top-up beza) sebelum pemasangan.
3) Harga promosi tahan berapa lama?
7 hari dari tarikh beli. Pasang dalam tempoh ini untuk kekal harga promo.
4) DOT baharu / SIRIM?
Ya. Stok diluluskan SIRIM sahaja. DOT disahkan di kedai sebelum pasang; tak sepadan, anda boleh tolak.
5) Road Hazard (add-on pilihan)?
Paku/impak tak boleh dibaiki → ganti 1-untuk-1 secara pro-rated ikut baki bunga. Tempoh perlindungan tertera di checkout.
6) Tukar bengkel / janji temu?
Boleh. Beri notis 24 jam untuk tukar bengkel rakan kongsi. Valet tersedia di zon terpilih (yuran dipaparkan di checkout).
7) Cara bayaran?
FPX/Bank, kad, dan DuitNow QR jika tersedia. E-resit dikeluarkan segera.
8) Waranti?
Waranti pengeluar (bahan/kerja). Simpan e-resit + rekod pemasangan bengkel rakan kami.
9) Wheel of Fortune (10am / 12pm / 8pm) — cara sertai?
Buat pesanan 11.11 atau deposit RM100. “Portal Rahsia” akan muncul di halaman pesanan 10 minit sebelum setiap pusingan. Hadiah: baucar, tayar percuma, pakej servis. Satu pusingan setiap pesanan bagi setiap slot.
10) Stok habis?
Pilih model setara/naik taraf (harga sama/top-up beza). Jika tak dapat bekal dalam 7 hari, kami beri naik taraf percuma atau refund penuh.
11) Shopee/Lazada lebih murah — padan harga?
Tunjuk pautan langsung sebelum pasang. Kami padan harga pengedar sah (SKU & servis sama) dalam 7 hari. Import kelabu dikecualikan.
12) Tak pasti saiz?
Tekan “WhatsApp” dan hantar model kereta + foto sisi tayar (cth 205/55R16). Penasihat kami balas waktu pejabat.

6) 可改预约/门店吗?
可。提前 24 小时通知即可改约或更换合作门店。部分地区可预约代驾取送车(收费见结账页)。
7) 付款方式?
FPX/转账、银行卡、以及可用时支持 DuitNow 二维码。即时电子收据。
8) 品牌保修?
按厂家条款(材料/工艺)。请保留电子收据与合作门店安装记录。
9) 幸运转盘(10点/12点/20点)如何参与?
下单或支付订金即可。每轮开始前 10 分钟,订单页会出现“秘密入口”。奖品含优惠券、免费轮胎、保养套餐。每单每轮 1 次机会。
10) 缺货怎么办?
可选同级或升级型号(同价/补差)。若 7 天内无法供货,我们提供免费升级或全额退款。
11) 平台价更低—可比价吗?
安装前出示在售链接。与授权商家同款同服务可在 7 天内比价。灰色进口不适用。
12) 不确定尺寸?
