How do I redeem a deal?
Add the eligible items to cart and proceed to checkout. If a deal includes a free/discounted item, it will apply automatically at checkout (no voucher needed).

Do I pay online or at the workshop?

Is installation included?
If the deal banner states “installation included”, you’ll get mounting + precision balancing, and alignment where specified. Otherwise, these services are available as add-ons at checkout.
Where can I install?
At any Klinikar trusted workshop near you. Choose date & time at checkout; availability varies by location and peak hours.
What if I chose the wrong size?
Before installation, we can help exchange sizes/models if stock allows. We also verify fitment at the workshop for safety.
Warranty & after-sales?
Manufacturer defect warranty applies. Plus our 30-Day Workmanship Assurance for installs performed via Klinikar.
Returns or cancellations?
Installed/used tyres aren’t returnable. Before installation, we can assist with exchanges or cancellations based on stock and processing status.
Promo period & stock limits
Deals are time-limited and while stocks last by size/SKU. If a size sells out, the offer pauses for that item until replenished.
Any hidden charges?
No. All taxes/fees and included services are shown in your order summary. Special services (e.g., TPMS work) are quoted only if needed.
How long can I hold my booking?
