1. Introduction
1.1. This document outlines the terms and conditions governing Klinikar’s Ultimate Tyre Protection Plan (“the Plan”).
By purchasing this Plan, you (“the Customer”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility
2.1. The Plan is available exclusively to customers residing in West Malaysia.
2.2. The Plan covers Klinikar (Tyre App Sdn Bhd) house brand tyres only.
2.3. Tyres must be purchased directly from Klinikar.

3. Coverage Period
3.1. The Plan covers tyre damage for 365 days from the date of purchase.

4. Coverage Details
4.1. Comprehensive Coverage:
a. Protects your tyres from unexpected road hazards such as potholes, sharp objects, and curb damage.
b. Includes repair or replacement of tyres damaged due to road hazards.

4.2. Repair and Replacement:
a. If the tyre is damaged and repairable, Klinikar will cover the repair costs.
b. If the tyre is unrepairable, Klinikar will provide a 1-1 tyre replacement.
c. All repairs and replacements must be conducted within Klinikar’s panel network of authorized service centers.

5. Exclusions
5.1. The following are not covered under the Plan:
a. Intentional damage or misuse of the tyres.
b. Damage resulting from accidents.
c. Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.
d. Damage resulting from participating in racing, off-road activities, or other extreme conditions.
e. Normal wear and tear, including tread depth reduction.

6. Claims Process
6.1. Initiating a Claim:
a. Customers must contact Klinikar’s customer service to initiate a claim.
b. Proof of damage and purchase receipt are required.

6.2. Inspection Requirement:
a. The damaged tyre must be inspected at a Klinikar authorized service center to determine if it is repairable or needs replacement.

6.3. Claims Evaluation:
a. Klinikar will evaluate the claim and determine if the tyre is repairable or needs replacement.

6.4. Repair or Replacement:
a. Approved claims will result in either repair or replacement of the damaged tyre at no cost to the Customer.

6.5. Fraud Prevention:
a. If fraud is detected, Klinikar reserves the right to cancel the Plan immediately and take appropriate legal action.

7. Transfer of Plan
7.1. The Plan is transferable to a new owner if the vehicle is sold.
7.2. The new owner must contact Klinikar customer support to update the ownership details within 14 days of the vehicle transfer.

8. Cancellation and Refunds
8.1. The Plan can be cancelled within 3 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claims have been made.
8.2. After 3 days, the Plan is non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Klinikar’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of tyres as specified in these terms and conditions.
9.2. Klinikar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the tyres or the Plan.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
10.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Plan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Amendments
11.1. Klinikar reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
11.2. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or through the Klinikar website.
