Official Rules and Conditions of Entry

By purchasing a Klinikar X’mas Ticket, you agree to be bound by these rules and terms. Tyre App Sdn Bhd is conducting this campaign. Tickets will be sold for RM10, RM20, RM25, RM40, RM50 and RM100 each. A maximum of 1000 tickets will be sold. Odds of winning are based on the number of Klinikar X’mas Tickets purchased. Entrants can only win 1 prize.  Drawing to be held December 24, 2022, at Klinikar online event.

 Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a Klinikar X’mas Ticket or claim a campaign prize. The winner cannot assign the prize to another person for any reason. Winners must reside in Malaysia. You need not be present at the drawing to win. Board members of Tyre App Sdn Bhd and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter the campaign. The winners will be determined by a random drawing of purchased tickets. Winners will have fourteen (14) days from the notification of winning to claim their prize. Winners will be notified via the contact information supplied during the ticket purchase. If winner fails to claim their prize within fourteen (14) days, for whatever reason, winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner can be selected.

Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, title, and license fees.

As a condition of being awarded a prize, winners will be required to sign an Authorization and Release for Use of Image, Voice, or Likeness (“the Release”) and must show a current / valid photo identification to claim their prize.  Klinikar management team reserves the right to require additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding any prize based on the identification presented.  If the winner fails to submit the Release, winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be drawn from the remaining entries.  The Release will also allow Klinikar management team to share the winners’ name, voice, recording, video appears, and photo likeness for any and all marketing and publicity purposes as it may deem desirable to communicate the winners of the campaign and future campaigns.

BY ENTERING THE campaign, EACH ENTRANT RELEASES Klinikar management team, ITS BOARD MEMBERS, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY’S FEES) CAUSED BY PARTICIPATING IN THE campaign OR WINNING ANY PRIZE OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, AND EACH WINNER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD Klinikar management team HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATING IN THE campaign OR THE WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. A campaign ENTRANT’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM AGAINST Klinikar management team ARISING OUT OF THE SALE OF TICKETS OR THE CONDUCT OF THE campaign SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE RETURN OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THEIR TICKET(S). IN NO EVENT SHALL Klinikar management team, ITS BOARD MEMBERS, AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTRANT OR PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURIES TO EARNINGS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
