🧭 Year-End Tyre Sale FAQ
A smaller Malaysian team vs giant apps — here’s what we can’t do, what we can do, and how we try to treat you like a guest, not a transaction.
1) What is this Year-End Sale, really?
Simple version: we’re clearing SIRIM-approved stock for the new year, but we refuse to play “mystery tyre, mystery workshop”.
You’ll see a 72-hour rolling countdown — each cycle has limited deals, but our safety rules never change.
2) Why RM100 deposit instead of full payment?
RM100 locks your stock + fitting slot during the year-end rush. It stops no-shows and lets us honour your promo price
for a fixed window. The balance is only paid when you confirm installation.
3) Are you as big as TUHU or those giant apps?
Short answer: no. They’re the big daikō; we’re the smaller Malaysian crew.
Because we’re smaller, we still:
- check your SIRIM + DOT properly at the shop,
- know many workshop bosses by name, not “ID12345”,
- reply with Malaysian hospitality, not copy-paste scripts.
If you only want the cheapest app on earth, we might lose sometimes. If you want
human service + local accountability, that’s where we fight.
4) Are you the cheapest?
Usually, no — and we’re honest about it.
We pay mechanics and partner workshops fairly so they can keep doing good work.
Our baseline:
- SIRIM stock only
- Fresh DOT checked at the shop in front of you
- Proper installation + digital records for claims
Let other people win the race to the bottom. We’d rather you reach home in one piece.
5) Fresh DOT / SIRIM – how serious are you?
Very. We supply SIRIM-approved stock only. DOT is verified in front of you at the store before mounting.
If it doesn’t match what was promised, you can reject it on the spot and our team will fix it.
6) How do I know the workshop won’t simply hantam?
Partner workshops are:
- pre-screened for equipment, attitude and basic SOP,
- briefed on our fitment checklist (torque, balance, valves),
- monitored via feedback — repeat complaints = we stop sending cars.
Not perfect, but we read every complaint and act on it. That’s our version of “Malaysian hospitality meets workshop reality”.
7) Can I change workshop or appointment?
Yes. Give at least 24 hours’ notice and you can reschedule or switch to another listed partner workshop.
Valet pick-up is available only in selected zones (fees are shown at checkout).
8) What if stock runs out after I pay deposit?
You get to choose:
- move to an equal model at the same price,
- upgrade model and top up the difference, or
- if we truly cannot supply within the promised window, take a free upgrade or full refund.
9) Payment methods?
FPX / bank transfer, debit & credit cards, and DuitNow QR where available.
E-receipt is issued immediately for warranty and claims.
10) I’m not a tyre expert — can you help me choose?
Sure. Tap WhatsApp and send:
- Car model & year
- Clear photo of your current tyre sidewall (e.g. 205/55R16)
- How you drive (city / highway / Grab / family car / “sometimes very fast 🙈”)

🧭 Soalan Lazim Jualan Akhir Tahun
Kami bukan gergasi macam TUHU, tapi kami cuba jadi bengkel online yang paling jujur & paling “layan” di Malaysia.
1) Jualan Akhir Tahun ni apa sebenarnya?
Versi ringkas: cara kami kosongkan stok SIRIM untuk tahun baru tanpa main tayar pelik.
Anda akan nampak countdown 72 jam yang berulang — setiap pusingan ada kuota sendiri, tetapi
standard keselamatan tetap sama.
2) Kenapa guna deposit RM100, bukan bayar penuh?
RM100 untuk kunci stok + slot pemasangan masa hujung tahun tengah sesak.
Elak no-show dan kunci harga promo untuk tempoh tertentu. Baki hanya bayar bila tarikh pemasangan dah confirm.
3) Klinikar besar macam TUHU ke?
Jawapan pendek: tak. Mereka app gergasi, kami team Malaysia yang jauh lebih kecil.
Kelebihan jadi kecil:
- kami betul-betul semak SIRIM + DOT depan mata,
- ramai tauke bengkel kami kenal nama, bukan nombor akaun,
- layan pelanggan dengan hospitality Malaysia, bukan skrip robot.
Kalau main harga paling murah, kadang-kadang kami kalah. Kalau nak
layan manusia + tanggungjawab lokal, di situlah kami lawan.
4) Jadi… korang paling murah ke tak?
Kebanyakan masa, bukan. Kami pilih untuk bayar mekanik & bengkel rakan kongsi dengan upah yang patut.
Kalau kerja mereka hancur, kami pun tak boleh tidur lena.
Standard kami:
- stok SIRIM sahaja
- DOT disemak di bengkel sebelum pasang
- pemasangan ikut SOP + rekod digital
Orang lain boleh menang perang harga; kami nak menang perang keselamatan.
5) DOT baharu / SIRIM confirm?
Ya. Kami hanya supply stok yang diluluskan SIRIM. DOT akan disahkan di bengkel sebelum pasang.
Kalau tak sama seperti yang dijanji, anda boleh tolak di situ juga dan team kami akan uruskan.
6) Macam mana nak tahu bengkel tak main hentam?
Bengkel rakan kongsi:
- ditapis dulu dari segi peralatan & attitude,
- diberi briefing senarai semak pemasangan (tork, imbangan, valve baharu),
- dipantau melalui feedback — kalau komplen sama berulang, kami hentikan hantar kereta.
Tak sempurna, tapi kami baca setiap komplen dan follow-up.
7) Boleh tukar bengkel / janji temu?
Boleh. Asalkan beri notis minimum 24 jam, anda boleh tukar tarikh atau bengkel dalam senarai rakan kami.
Servis valet hanya di zon tertentu (yuran dipaparkan di checkout).
8) Kalau stok habis lepas saya bayar deposit?
Anda ada tiga pilihan:
- tukar ke model setara pada harga sama,
- naik taraf model dan top-up beza harga, atau
- jika kami tak boleh bekal dalam tempoh yang dijanji, pilih naik taraf percuma atau refund penuh.
9) Cara bayaran?
FPX / pindahan bank, kad debit & kredit, dan DuitNow QR (jika tersedia).
E-resit dikeluarkan segera untuk tujuan waranti dan tuntutan.
10) Tak pasti saiz / jenama apa sesuai?
Tekan WhatsApp dan hantar:
- model & tahun kereta,
- gambar jelas sisi tayar (cth: 205/55R16),
- gaya pemanduan (bandar, highway, Grab, family, kadang-kadang “tekan sikit”).

🧭 年终轮胎优惠常见问题
我们不是巨头 TUHU,那就老实承认。但我们可以用 马来西亚式热情 把事情做好,让你敢把车交给我们。
1)这个年终优惠到底是什么?
简单讲:把 SIRIM 合格轮胎用更漂亮的价格卖出,为新库存腾位置,
但不牺牲安全。你会看到一个 72 小时循环倒计时,每一轮名额有限,
规则一样严格。
2)为什么只收 RM100 订金?
RM100 用来锁定 库存 + 安装时间,尤其是年终旺季。
这样可以减少放飞机,也能在一段时间内固定优惠价。余款在确认安装前才需要支付。
3)Klinikar 有 TUHU 那么大吗?
直接说:没有。他们是大平台,我们是本地小团队。
但小也有小的好处:
- 我们会认真检查你的 SIRIM 与 DOT,
- 很多门店老板是叫名字,不是只记账号,
- 用马来西亚式的人情味来服务,而不是冷冰冰的模板回复。
如果只追求最低价,我们未必赢;如果你在乎
本地负责 + 讲人情的服务,那就是我们想赢的地方。
4)价格会是最便宜的吗?
通常不是,我们也不假装。我们愿意给师傅和维修厂
合理工钱,这样他们才会认真把车做好。
我们的底线:
- 只用 SIRIM 认证轮胎
- 安装前当面核对 DOT 出厂期
- 有安装流程与电子记录,方便保修理赔
有人打价格战,我们更在意 安全战。
5)一定是新鲜 DOT / SIRIM 吗?
是的,只用 通过 SIRIM 的正规库存。安装前会在现场核对 DOT;
如与承诺不符,你可以当场拒绝,我们会重新安排。
6)怎么确保维修厂不会乱来?
合作维修厂会:
- 先通过设备与态度筛选,
- 了解我们的安装流程(扭矩、动平衡、新气嘴等),
- 根据顾客反馈持续评估——投诉重复太多,我们就停止派单。
不敢说完美,但我们会 认真看每一条反馈 并跟进。
7)可以更改门店或预约时间吗?
可以。只要至少提前 24 小时通知,就能更换合作门店或改期。
部分地区可以安排代客取送车(费用会在结账页面显示)。
8)付了订金却遇到缺货怎么办?
你有三种选择:
- 换成同级别、同价位款式,
- 升级更高等级型号并补差价,
- 若我们在承诺时间内仍无法供货,可选择免费升级或全额退款。
9)支持哪些付款方式?
FPX / 银行转账、信用卡/借记卡,以及可用时提供 DuitNow 二维码。
会即时发出电子收据,方便保修与理赔。
10)不确定尺寸或品牌选哪个?
点 WhatsApp,然后发送:
- 车型与年份,
- 当前轮胎侧面的清晰照片(如 205/55R16),
- 用车情况(市区、高速、Grab、家庭用车、偶尔“小踩一下”等)。
