I wanted to change the tires of my car and wanted to look for alternatives other than the OEM installed when purchased the vehicle for better NVH and ride quality. Visited some of the shops and got no clear choice other than different vendors pushing for their specific franchised products. During search, got to know about Klinikar and thought to give a try. Not only, they response immediately but also gave very neutral and valuable suggestion on shortlisting the choices. Rates were also the best and I ended up buying from them. Later the installation day, the process was smooth like a breeze. The panel shop guys were extremely professional and polite and it was like 40 minutes and I am done.Kudos to klinikar fellas and would certainly recommend them due to their professional work ethics and best bargains.

To Klinikar and the amazing customer service representative, I have had the best customer service experience that I have ever encountered, as far as Malaysian companies are concerned. No wonder is a 5.0 Rating shop. today i changed my car tyre with them. i only changed one tyre but they treat me like i change 100 tyre like that. Excellent service from all the staff there, very friendly and explained everything and warranty to me. Most importantly the tyre price is the most cheapest i found in KL and even negeri 9 price is slightly expensive then them. Can use whatsapp make a booking with them first but walk in you can see lengzai staff hehe. 100/100 experience today

The whole process of choosing the suitable tyres , fixing the appointment took only 15 minutes. Within minutes the booking was confirmed via email confirmation . The next day a very attentive customer service sent WhatsApp confirmation and provided all the necessary information for the appointed date . Today I changed the tyres without waiting for long. Excellent service. Understood requirements in detail. Able to get a very competitive quotation for DOM 2023 MC6 225/45 R17. Had shopped around but these guys came up with a very fair price and arranged everything with a local highly experienced & well run tyre shop. Initially wanted just 2 x front tyres but got a great deal so went for full set, including balancing, front & rear alignments. Everything went smooth, great service, great value, good warranty. Will definitely be using these guys again.

Get the quote for the tyre type (if you already know the model)3. Pay a small deposit4. Ask for area where you want to change the tyre5. Get to the panel service provider and get the tyres changed6. Pay the balance.. and collect your car..My experience was with Continental tyre partner.. they really did a good job and setting up the car including balancing and alignment..
