POWERTRAC 5th ANNIVERSARY LUCKY DRAW CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Eligibility: The Powertrac 5th Anniversary Lucky Draw Contest (“Contest”) is open only to residents of Malaysia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Klinikar.com, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) of each are not eligible to enter or participate in this Contest.
- Contest Period: The Contest begins on 1st July 2023 at 12:00:01 a.m. MYT and ends on 31st July 2023 at 11:59:59 p.m. MYT.
- How to Enter: Participants must watch the designated video and spot the clues, unscramble the phrase and use it as a password to access the contest page. Participants will then spin the virtual Lucky Wheel to reveal their prize.
- Limitations: Each participant may spin the Lucky Wheel only once, and only the first 10 winners are eligible to win a set of 4 Powertrac tyres. After the first 10 winners, all other participants are eligible for voucher prizes only.
- Prizes: Prizes include 5 sets of 4 Powertrac tyres and total tyre vouchers worth RM50,000. The prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided at the sole discretion of Klinikar.com.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact details provided during the prize claim. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, Klinikar.com reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate entrant.
- General Conditions: By participating in this Contest, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules, and decisions of Klinikar.com, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Klinikar.com reserves the right to modify the rules of the Contest in any way at any time, subject to state laws.
- Personal Data: Personal data collected from participants will be used by Klinikar.com for the purpose of administering the Contest, and may also be used to provide participants with further information about Klinikar.com and its services.
